      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add onions and garlic chop 3sec speed 5, scrape down sides and then sauté 2min varoma speed 1.
    Add turmeric, apple cider vinegar, stock paste, beef bones and water 60min 100degrees on reverse speed .5.

Tip

You can partially roast beef bones prior for 20-30 min for added goodness or extend cook time in thermomix to 2 hours
