Betty's Pumpkin Soup

  • 500 grams Rich Coloured Pumpkin, Chopped
  • 1/2 --- onion
  • 2 teaspoons Chicken stock concentrate
  • 1/2 litre water
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar
  • dash Salt and pepper
  • 2 teaspoons Butter
  • cream, Optional

Recipe's preparation

    Betty's Pumpkin Soup
  1. 1. Add all ingredients except cream to TMX bowl.

  2. 2. Chop, speed 7 for 10 seconds, scrape down bowl

  3. 3. Cook 20 mins/varoma/speed 1

  4. 4. Blend until smooth speed 9, gradually increasing from speed 1 to 9

  5. 5. Serve with cream if desired.
