  2.  make TM veggie stock concentrate - put into jars - DON'T wash bowl.

  3.  roughly chop all the veggies and add to bowl until they reach the top

  4. 30sec speed 4

  7.  cook 100deg 12min speed 1

  8. blitz it for 30sec speed 9

Tip

If you want to make this without doing the TM stock beforehand just add 1TB TM stock with the water.

My kids wanted the cheese with it and all came back for seconds!

We called it Shrek soup because it looks a bit like something he'd eat - or bathe in! And the name was the winner for the kids trying it!

**when adding this recipe the webpage kept doing weird things, so hopefully it'll make sense!

I'm on a diet, so I followed it to a tee except left out the sour cream and cheese, it's still lovely and tasty and nice and thick and creamy

  • Definitely going to give this

    Submitted by camcat on 27. December 2011 - 01:12.

Definitely going to give this one a go. My kids will eat soup with some prompting but it's just about the only thing they complain about and that we have to keep prodding them along with. Hopefully serving them 'Shrek soup' will make them more interested!!!
