- 2 tbsp TM Vegetable stock paste
- 1/2 tsp fresh ground pepper
- 250 grams Milk
- 25 grams Butter
- 15 grams flour
- pinch salt
- pinch Nutmeg, (optional)

Add onion and celery, into TM bowl – chop 5 secs/Speed 6
Scrap down sides and add in butter.
Cook for 6 mins/100’C/Speed 1 with MC out of lid.
Add broccoli and cauliflower – chop 5 secs/Speed 6
Add, water and stock.
Cook 15mins/100’C/Speed 2

Puree soup 45 secs/Speed 9 (slowly turning dial)
Set aside soup mixture in Thermoserver and make white sauce
Add all ingredients - milk, butter, flour, salt and nutmeg.
7 mins, 90'C , Speed 4
when finished add in 1.5 litres of soup (don't go over the 2L max)
Combine soup and white sauce on speed 3, 10 secs
