  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 carrot cut in chunks
  • 1 piece ginger, 3 cm peeled
  • 50 grams rice
  • 50 grams red lentils
  • 500 grams orange juice
  • 400 grams coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt, to taste

Recipe's preparation

    Carrot, Ginger Protein soup
  1. 1. Add onions and garlic to bowl. Chop for 3 sec, speed 5.


    2. Add olive oil and saute for 3 mins, 100 C, speed 2.


    3. Add carrots and ginger and chop for 5 sec, speed 8.


    4. Add all other ingredeints and cook for 20 mins at 100C, speed 2.


    5. When cooked, blend for 20 seconds on speed 8, slowly turning speed up to 8.

Tip

Can be diluted with water or coconut water.

Serve with sour cream and parsley.
