- 2 cloves garlic
- 30 g piece fresh ginger
- 20 g piece fresh turmeric
- 200 g sweet potato
- 500 g carrot
- 150 g celery stalk

- 400 g coconut cream

Recipe's preparation
- Peel onion and garlic, place in Thermomix bowl with ginger and turmeric. Chop 3 seconds/speed 5. Add oil and saute for 3 minutes/varoma/speed 1. Chop sweet potato, carrot and celery into small chunks and place in bowl. Add water, vegetable stock paste and 300ml of the coconut cream. Cook 20 minutes/100 degrees/
. Blend soup for 1 minute gradually increasing the speed from 6-10 or using the blend mode. Serve and garnish with reserved coconut cream, fresh corriander and chilli
