Ingredients

Chicken and Creamed Corn Soup

  • 500 grams chicken breast, Cubed into 1cm
  • 840 grams Edgells Creamed Corn
  • 20 grams olive oil
  • 1 grams onion, Quartered
  • 550 gram water
  • 2 Massel chicken stock cubes

Recipe's preparation

    Preparation
  1. Place onion in bowl and chop 3 seconds on speed 7. Scrape down, then add olive oil. Cook 2 minutes/ 120°/speed 1
  2. Add chicken and saute 5 minutes/ 120°/ speed 1
  3. Add corn, stock cubes and water. Cook 15 minutes/ 90° /speed 1
