  • 800 g cauliflower, Chopped
  • 600 g water
  • 2 level tbsp TM stock concentrate
  • 1/2 level tsp pepper, ground
  • 30 g Butter
  • 800 g skinless chicken thigh, Cubed

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add 800g cauliflower, Blend4 for 6sec, MC on
  2. Add 600g water, 2 tbsp stock, 30g butter
  3. Add 800g chicken to Veroma tray and coat with seasoning 15min, Sous-vide veroma, speed 3
  4. Break up chicken and cook for further 5min. Set chicken aside
  5. Insert MC and blend Blend9 for 1min
  6. Set soup aside and place chicken into bowl and shred Blend4 for 4sec MC on
