Recipe is created for

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Add 800g cauliflower, "Blend" 4 for 6sec, MC on
- Add 600g water, 2 tbsp stock, 30g butter
- Add 800g chicken to Veroma tray and coat with seasoning 15min, "Sous-vide" veroma, speed 3
- Break up chicken and cook for further 5min. Set chicken aside
- Insert MC and blend "Blend" 9 for 1min
- Set soup aside and place chicken into bowl and shred "Blend" 4 for 4sec MC on
