chicken noodle soup with vegetables
- 1 onion, peeled and halfed
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 carrots, medium , cut into 3cm pieces
- 150 grams celery stalk, cut into 3cm pieces
- 200 grams Corn, frozen kernals or canned
- 350 grams chicken breast, diced into 4cm pieces
- 4 tablespoons chicken stock paste
- 1000 grams water
- 1 package 2 minute noodle
- 1 pinches pepper, black, ground

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- add onion and garlic to the bowl and chop for 5 seconds/ speed 5
add celery and carrots to the bowl and chop 4 seconds / speed 5
( add extra time to chop vegetables to a small pieces )
scrap down bowl
add corn , chicken , stock paste , pepper and water (using boiled water will make this an even quicker dish)
cook for 18 mintues / varoma / reverse speed 1
add the noodles and cook for further 2 - 3 mintues / varoma / reverse speed 1
