  • 0.5 onion, halved
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 3 teaspoons curry powder
  • 2 teaspoons oil
  • 750 grams sweet potato, peeled and chopped
  • 1 Small Apple, peeled and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Stock Concentrate
  • 500 grams water
  • 90 grams coconut cream, or to taste

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place onion and garlic in Bowl and chop for 5 seconds on speed 7.

  2. Add curry powder and oil. Saute for 3 minutes at 100 degrees on speed 1.

  3. Add roughly chopped sweet potato and apple and chop for 5-8 seconds on speed 6-7.

  4. Add Stock Concentrate and water. Cook for 15 minutes at 100 degrees on speed 1.

  5. Once cooked, blend for 10 - 20 seconds working gradually up to speed 9.

  6. Add coconut cream and mix for 10 seconds on speed 3.

Tip

Add extra curry if you want it hotter.

If you don't like coconut cream, then substitute sour cream, but extra curry powder will be needed.
