  • 1 --- onion, Cut in half
  • 20 g Ghee
  • 300 g pumpkin, Cut into chunks
  • 200 g sweet potato, Cut into chunks
  • 500 g water
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable stock
  • 1 tsp curry powder

Recipe's preparation

    Method
  1. Place onion into mixing bowl and chop for 3sec/speed 7

    scrape down sides

    Add Ghee and saute 2min/speed 1

    Add pumpkin, sweet potato, water, vegetable stock and curry powder Cook 20 min/100 c/speed one 

    Liquidise 20 secs/speed 9

    Pour into bowls and serve
