- 2 cm fresh ginger
- 2 tablespoons fructose friendly vegetable stock
- 500 g water
- 100 g full cream milk
- salt/pepper, to taste

Recipe's preparation
Place celeriac, potato, carrot and ginger into mixing bowl and chop 3 sec/speed 7. Scrap down sides of bowl and repeat if necessary
Add stock, water, milk and salt and pepper to taste and cook 15min/100C/speed 1.
Add cream and blend for 1 min/speed 9, gradually increasing from speed 1 to speed 9. Garnish with extra pepper to serve

Tip
To make this lactose free, substitute milk and cream for lactose cream and milk.

I'm not sure what you mean sibernana. I call it foods that can be tolerated by fructose malabsorption sufferers like myself "fructose friendly" as that's the term my dietician uses.
