  • 300 g sweet potato, Cut into pieces
  • 100 g carrot, Cut into pieces
  • 1 onion, white, Cut in half
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 400 g pumpkin flesh, Cut into pieces, optional leave skin on
  • 1 heaped tablespoons Vegetable stock paste
  • 600 g water
  • 20 g olive oil
  • salt, To taste

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place sweet potato, carrot, onion, garlic, pumpkin, stock paste and water into mixing bowl. Cook for 25 min/100deg/sp 1.
  2. Add oil and blend for 1min/ sp5, gradually increasing to 9. Season with salt and pepper, as desired.

Tip

Garnish with preferred fresh herbs and sour cream. Serve with freshly baked focaccia.
