Grandma's Pumpkin Soup
- 1/4 pumpkin, Cut into pieces
- 1 potato, Large, Cut into pieces
- 1 onion, Large, cut in half
- 1 carrot, Cut into pieces
- 500 g Liquid Chicken Stock
- 1/2 tablespoons Nutmeg, Ground
- 1 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 garlic cloves

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Add onion and garlic to bowl, 3sec - Speed7
- Add butter, pumpkin, carrot, potato. 15mins, 90deg, speed2 - Reverse blades
- Add nutmeg and brown sugar. Mix. 1min, 90deg, speed 2 - Reverse Blades
- Add Chicken stock liquid. Cook further 7mins, 120deg, speed2 - reverse blades
- Blend. 30secs, Speed7
- Serve while hot. Adding cream or sour cream if you wish
