Hamburger Soup

Ingredients

6 portion(s)

  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 Large Brown Onion, Halved
  • 20 grams olive oil
  • 250 grams Beef mince
  • 1 400g Crushed Tomatoes
  • 200 grams Tomato Soup Concentrate
  • 2 carrots, Chopped
  • 2 sticks celery, Chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable Stock Conc.
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 100 grams Barley, Can be soaked over night if you choose
  • 500 grams water
  • 1 teaspoon Mixed Herbs

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place garlic and onion into mixing bowl. Chop 3 seconds speed 5. 

  2. Add Oil, Mince and brown off for 5 minutes Counter-clockwise operation 120 degrees speed 0.5

  3. Add remaining ingredients and cook for 35 minutes 100 degrees Counter-clockwise operation speed 2

  4. Stir through mixed herbs before serving

Tip

If you are using TM5 you can add a little more water if you choose.

    Really yummy soup. I swapped out the barley for hemp seeds and doubled it for a Pot Luck party. Received rave reviews tmrc_emoticons.) Really good the next day too.

    This was yummy! So tasty. Served it with crusty bread. Kids also loved it. Ate it for lunch the next day and still delicious! Used no name brand tomato soup also. Will make this again.... Thanks
