Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Add all ingredients to mixing bowl and bring to the boil 8min/VAROMA/speed 1.5 Counter-clockwise operation MC on
    2. Simmer 20min/98deg/speed 1.5 Counter-clockwise operation MC on
    3. Strain using simmering basket and keep warm in thermal serving bowl
    4. Serve with noodles, dumplings or sliced chicken and garnish with green sliced spring onion
