If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Tip

This a lovely smooth fresh soup. I use coconut oil because I like it with the sweet taste of peas. Oil or butter would work too.

This makes 6 of these glasses pictured.

  • Absolutely loved this soup -

    Submitted by Lisa78 on 15. June 2015 - 10:11.

Absolutely loved this soup - so tasty! With no cream in it, it is so healthy but totally full of flavour. I love the mint in it and the coconut oil - I used about half of the recommended amount of oil and thought it was enough! Thanks so much for sharing this recipe - it will be a regular for me!
