careful not to try and pulse the soup if you have too much liquid. tip the liquid into a separate bowl and return enough liquid back into the bowl so that it covers the blade, pulse then put in the thermo server until you've pulsed all the liquid.

  • A lovely healthy alternative

    Submitted by cassken2 on 22. May 2016 - 15:22.

A lovely healthy alternative to plain pumpkin soup, the cocnut cream really made it  I did notice that it never said where to add the water but added it in prior to the cooking phase as per my logical thinking hahaha. I also reduced the amount of water to 400 as i like a thicker soup.  I will definetly make again.

Yummy tmrc_emoticons.) I added the leek (and put garlic/chilli/ginger as I am getting over a cold) before sauteing and normal cream instead of coconut cream (I had none :s ) - only other thing I blended for a big longer at the end because I love a smooth soup tmrc_emoticons.)
