Ingredients

Pumpkin & Lentil Soup

  • 1 brown onion, Chopped into quarters
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1-2 tsp curry powder, (optional)
  • 1000 g pumpkin, cut into 1cm pieces
  • 150 g red lentils
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable stock paste
  • 1000 g water
  • 1 pinch salt
  • black pepper, freshly ground, to taste

Recipe's preparation

    Method
  1. Add Onion & Garlic to Bowl
    MC on
    Chop 3 sec Sp 5
  2. Scrape down bowl
  3. Add Cumin & Curry Powder to bowl
    MC on
    Cook 5min 100deg Counter-clockwise operation Sp 1.5
  4. Scrape down bowl
  5. Add pumpkin, lentils, Stock and water to bowl
    Cook MC on 20min 100deg Sp 1.5
  6. Blend MC on 10sec Sp 5
  7. Salt & Pepper to taste
    Cook Simmering Basket on 5min 100deg Sp 1.5
