Recipe's preparation
Chop your spring onions on speed 5 for 3 secs or to your liking
Add oil and saute for 2 mins on speed 1
Pop your cauliflower florets in and blitz on speed 5 for 2-3 seconds
Add water, quinoa and veggie stock concentrate, pop the lid on and put chicken pieces in the Varoma and cook all on Varoma, speed 1 for 20mins
Take chicken out, allow it to cool slightly, pour soup into Thermo Server, tear the chicken into pieces and add to soup
