Fried 4 garlic cloves, 1/2
Fried 4 garlic cloves, 1/2 teas dried chillies and 1 leek and no purple onion. Roasted all the tomatoes and coloured capsicums until their peels were easy to pull off. I added fresh Basil, 2 minutes before the timer was up. This soup is so healthy and good I can't stop eating it. No fillers!
Yummy soup next time I won't
Yummy soup next time I won't put 2 chillies in as it was a bit spicy for me but will definitely be cooking this soup again
