Sweet potato, carrot and cumin soup

Ingredients

1 garlic clove

  • 1 cube Fresh Tumeric
  • 1 onion, Halved
  • 2 carrots, Cleaned and roughly chopped
  • 500 grams sweet potato, Peeled and roughly chopped
  • 15 grams olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Coriander
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 2 tablespoons TM Concentrated Vegetable Stock
  • 750 grams water

Recipe's preparation

  1. Chop garlic, turmeric and onion - 5sec, sp6.

    Scrape down sides of bowl, add curry powder, cumin, coriander and olive oil. Sauté 6 min, sp1.

    Add carrot, sweet potato, vege stock and water. Cook 20min, 100 degrees, sp1.

    Blend for 30sec, slowly increasing speed from 1 to 8.

    Optional - add 2 tablespoons of natural yoghurt or cream and blend for 10sec.
