Variation Cauliflower Soup with coconut milk and creamed cheese

Ingredients

900 g

Cauliflower Soupg

  • 150 g water
  • 350 g cauliflower florets
  • 1 heaped tablespoon veggie stock concentrate, (or to taste)
  • 250 g Creamed cheese, Optional
  • 400 g coconut milk, Light or Cream

Recipe's preparation

    Cauliflower Soup
  1. Put all ingredients into the Thermomix (if you have extra Cauliflower put in Varoma to steam on top)
  2. Cook on Varoma temp for 15mins, Counter-clockwise operationreverse, slow speed.Gentle stir setting
  3. Blitz by going slowly up to speed 7 for about 30 seconds
