Recipe's preparation

  1. Place water, stock paste, cauliflower, salt and pepper into mixing bowl and cook 20 min/100°C/speed 1.
  2. Add butter. Cook 5 min/100°C/speed 1
  3. Blend for 1 min 30 sec/speed 5-9, increasing speed gradually.
