  • only the olive oil would need

    Submitted by Stitching2die4 on 4. June 2016 - 14:02.

only the olive oil would need to be counted...the rest would be free... So if you'd used all your "points" could still eat this without much damage.to the weight watching.

  • I used fresh ginger and chili

    Submitted by Debi55 on 5. January 2016 - 19:17.

I used fresh ginger and chili plus a Clive of garlic. It was still a bit bland for me so I added some ground Cumin.

Served with fresh coriander and a dollop of sour cream. Yum yum

  • I thought it was a bit too

    Submitted by RachelS84 on 8. June 2014 - 21:11.

I thought it was a bit too runny for my liking. If I make it again i'll use chicken stock not just vegetable.

  • Can't say I was a fan but

    Submitted by ziggyart on 1. June 2014 - 20:30.

Can't say I was a fan but everyone else that tried really liked. Maybe I am just a traditional girl when it comes to pumpkin soup but the weight watching title entrigued me.

  • Delicious!  :D  The recipe

    Submitted by beklaud on 16. March 2013 - 13:01.

    Delicious!  tmrc_emoticons.D

The recipe doesn't say how much oil so I just used 1 tablespoon. It also forgets to indicate when to add the water (at step 5 presumably)

It was a great recipe though, thanks for posting it  tmrc_emoticons.)
