Recipe's preparation
1. Add garlic to bowl and chop 3sec/sp7. Scrape down sides of bowl.
2. All all other ingredients except yoghurt and cook 8mins/100C/sp1.
3. Blend 20sec/sp9, gradually increasing speed.
4. Serve topped with yogurt and basil leaves.

I made two batches of this today to freeze for my hubby to take for work lunches on his low cal days on the 5:2 diet as I bought a huge box of tomatoes cheaply from the local markets.
After putting all ingredients In I processed a little them before cooking, and also blended for quite a bit longer in the final stage to get a smoother consistency.
