- 4 Large field Mushrooms, or
- 10 Small brown mushrooms
Topping
- 1 tablespoon panko breadcrumbs
- 20 g Butter

TX – mix butter and panko breadcrumbs 1-2 sec / speed 4
Remove
No need to clean our the bowl.
TX – grate the parmesan 1-2 sec / speed 7
TX – add remaining ingredients including the stalks from the mushrooms
TX – chop 4 sec / Speed 4
Stuff mushrooms with mixture
Varoma – line bottom and top (depending on quantity) with a wet sheet of baking paper.
Place mushrooms in the Varoma
TX – Steam 20 min / Varoma / Speed 4
Preheat grill to maximum.
Once cooked place on a baking tray, sprinkle with breadcrumb topping and grill for a few minutes to crisp.
