- 250 grams bacon, Diced
- 1 onion, large
- 3 clove garlic
- 1 carrot, large
- 2 Celery, sticks
- 250 gram green split peas, rinsed & well drained
- 1 bunch coriander, or to taste
- 1 tablespoon vegestock concentrate
- 1.25 litre water, or to maximum capacity
- 20 gram oil

Recipe's preparation
Chop coriander 7 seconds speed 3. Set aside
Place carrot & celery in bowl. Chop 4-5 seconds, speed 5. Set aside
Place onion & garlic into TM. Chop 3 seconds speed 5
Add bacon & oil. Saute 5 minutes, 100 degrees, Speed 1
Add carrot, celery, rinsed peas, vegestock concentrate and water. Cook 50 mins, 100degrees, , speed 2.
Stir through coriander - 5 seconds, speed 3.
Blend if you like your soups a smooth consistency, otherwise serve & enjoy
