Ingredients

Soup

  • 250 grams bacon, Diced
  • 1 onion, large
  • 3 clove garlic
  • 1 carrot, large
  • 2 Celery, sticks
  • 250 gram green split peas, rinsed & well drained
  • 1 bunch coriander, or to taste
  • 1 tablespoon vegestock concentrate
  • 1.25 litre water, or to maximum capacity
  • 20 gram oil

Recipe's preparation

    Soup

  1. Chop coriander 7 seconds speed 3.  Set aside

  2. Place carrot & celery in bowl.  Chop 4-5 seconds, speed 5.  Set aside

  3. Place onion & garlic into TM.  Chop 3 seconds speed 5

  4. Add bacon & oil.  Saute 5 minutes, 100 degrees, Speed 1

  5. Add carrot, celery, rinsed peas, vegestock concentrate and water.  Cook 50 mins, 100degrees, counter-clockwise operation, speed 2.

  6. Stir through coriander - 5 seconds, speed 3.

  7. Blend if you like your soups a smooth consistency, otherwise serve & enjoy

    Would highly recommend this recipe. It’s quick, simple and very tasty with
    ingredients that are staples and always on hand. It’s a regular in our house, there are

    Quick, easy and delicious. Only thing that would make it better is some real ham hocks. I omitted the corriander but it was still extremely tasty. thanks for a great recipe tmrc_emoticons.)
