Ingredients

  • 100 grams dark chocolate
  • 70 grams almonds
  • 70 grams Pepita Seeds
  • 250 grams malt biscuits
  • Zest 1 lemon
  • zest half an orange
  • 1 green apple, quartered
  • 90 grams Butter, cubed
  • 60 grams Currents
  • 60 grams Cranberries
  • 60 grams rolled oats

Recipe's preparation

  1. Chop chocolate 5 sec/speed 5.

    Add almonds and pepita seeds - chop 5 sec/speed 5

    Add malt biscuits - chop 5 sec/speed 5 and set aside.

     

    Mill zest 10 sec/speed 9.

    Add apple.  Chop 5 sec/speed 5.

    Add to biscuit mix and set aside.

     

    Melt butter 2 mns/speed 3/50 deg or until melted.

     

    Add remaining ingredients including biscuit and apple mix.

     

    Mix 8 sec/speed 5/REV

     

    Press mix into a non-stick slice tin and refridgerate until firm before cutting into pieces.

     

    Keep stored in fridge.
