If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Zucchini gratin
  1. 1. Add all ingredients except cheese to bowl and cook 15 min, 100 degrees, sp 1.
    2. Puree by slowing increasing to speed 8 over 1 minute.

There are a few ways you can add the cheese. I personally like to transfer to a Tupperware container first and then stir through the cheese, just so I don't have to clean cheese off my TM bowl! But if you're not like me then you can just add it to the bowl as step 2 and mix on sp 3 for 20 seconds.

Tip

This is a super easy and forgiving recipe - you can pretty much put in as much zucchini and potato as you have on hand. If it ends up slightly watery you can add a little more cheese to thicken it up.

This recipe is adapted from an Annabel Karmel recipe from her book New Complete Baby and Toddler Meal Planner.
