If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Mill almonds and pecans, 10 secs on speed 7.
Add all ingredients into the bowl except for the cranberries. Mix for 10 secs on speed 6.
Add the cranberries and stir for 5 secs on speed 1.5.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Line an oven tray with baking paper and, using a spoon, press the mixture evenly into a layer 1/2 inch thick.
Bake for 8-10 minutes. It should be golden and a little soft still, as it will firm up when cool.
