Chocolate biscuits - Gluten Free

  • 180 grams self raising flour - Gluten Free
  • 20 grams raw sugar
  • 1/2 tablespoon baking powder - Gluten Free
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 125 grams Nuttelex/Butter, melted
  • 70 grams Nut milk/soy


  • 1 egg white, loosened with a fork
  • 250 grams dark chocolate, melted

Recipe's preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 150 degrees.

    add sugar to the TM bowl and mill for 15 seconds on 9. Add flour, baking powder, salt and mix to combine. Add butter, nutmilk and mix until a good dough forms (interval for 30 seconds). Turn out onto TM mat then add a sheet of baking paper on top. Roll out with a rolling pin until 5 mm thick. Turn the mat around so that the dough is on the baking paper. Cut dough into shapes. Brush with the egg white and bake for 25 min. Remove from oven and cool.

  2. Chocolate topping:

    add chocolate in pieces into the TM bowl and mix for 15 seconds on speed 9. Heat for 2 min. on 50 degrees, speed 4 until melted. Add to a snap-lock bag and snip the corner to use as piping bag - decorate any way you liketmrc_emoticons.)
