Soo good! Did have to add half an MC of water at the kneading stage. A real hit and will be making on a regular basis thank you!

  • I have made these crackers

I have made these crackers twice now and have been very happy with the results.  I had fun with a pizza cutter making them in long rectangles and triangle shapes. Then once baked you just snap them apart. I like how they get a bit of a curl to them to help scoop up the dip.  They stayed nice & crunchy for 3 days (hasn't been any left in the container any longer than that).
