Sausage Mince

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Place Bread (Cut into 3cm pieces) in mixing bowl "Closed lid"
Time 5 sec
Speed 4
Add apples, peeld and cored, onion and carrot (peeled) into mixing bowl"Closed lid"
Time 10 sec

Add remainder of ingredients "Closed lid"
Time 30 sec on "Counter-clockwise operation"

Cut each pastry sheet in half. (OR roll out pastry to a rectangle so that it can be cut into 3 strips if you want smaller ones. Shape 1/2 cup mince mixture into a sausage shape. Place along 1 long side of 1 pastry half. Roll up pastry to enclose filling. Run milk along long side to help seal. Cut into pieces. Place, seam side down, on 1 prepared tray, 5mm apart. Repeat with remaining mince mixture and pastry. Brush mik over the top and pierce with a fork to let out steam.
If larger size = Bake for 35 minutes or until golden and cooked through. If smaller size = Bake for 20 minutes or until golden and cooked through. Cook a little less if you are going to reheat.

Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan-forced. Line 2 large baking trays with baking paper.
