Ingredients

Pizza dough

  • 60g Parmesan cheese
  • 1 garlic cloves
  • 750g water
  • 150g polenta
  • 1/2 level teaspoons salt

Pizza toppings

  • Pizza toppings per choice.... I used pizza sauce, coriander basil & chilli pesto, steamed broccolini, roasted capsicum, marinated artichokes, baby bocconcini cheese, pepita seeds, kalamata olives, fresh sage leaves chopped, parmesan cheese and Italian mixed herbs.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add parmesan cheese to the mixing bowl and Mill 9 sec / speed 7
    Empty into a bowl and set aside.
  2. Add water, polenta and salt to the mixing bowl and Cook 20 min / 100c temp / speed 3.
    Place simmering basket ontop of the lid.
  3. While the polenta is cooking prepare the baking tray lined with baking paper slightly oiled and set aside.
  4. Add reserved parmesan cheese and Mix 10sec / speed 5
  5. Pour the cooked polenta onto earlier prepared baking tray and spread the polenta all over the tray.
    Place aside and let the polenta cool and set or can place the tray into the fridge for quicker cooling and setting.
  6. Cook in pre-heated oven at 200c f/f for 15 min or untill slightly browned on top.
  7. Top with your favorite toppings and cook in pre-heated oven at 200c for another 15 min or until the cheese is melted.
    Let the pizza cool forca few minutes before serving.
