Power Bars

  • tahini, (1/3 Cup)
  • 5 tbsp Roasted Pumpkin, (Cooled)
  • Shredded coconut, (3/4 Cup)
  • 1/2 Ripe banana
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • pinch of salt

Recipe's preparation

    Power Bars
  1. 1. Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees 


    2. Grease small loaf tin ( 6" x 2.5") 


    3. Place all ingredients into Closed lid and combine speed 10 for 30 seconds, or until combined 


    4. Press into loaf tin and bake for 30 minutes

Tip

Double recipe and bake in a standard loaf tin 

Nut butter can be used in place of Tahini
