Quick Mini Quiches

  • 200 gram cheese of your choice, you can use combination
  • 1 --- Onion halved
  • 150 gram bacon
  • 50 gram Sun-dried Tomato
  • 70 gram flour, replace with gluten free if needed
  • 4 --- eggs
  • 200 gram Milk of your choice

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Method
  1. Grate cheese 10sec/speed9.
    Put aside in bowl
    Add bacon roughtly cut and inion and dice 5secs/speeed 5.
    Saute 3min/120deg/speed1.
    Add eggs, milk, flour tomato and cheese.
    Mix 20sec/speed4.
    Longer if required.
    Pour into greased mini muffin pans.
    Cook 180 degrees app 14 minutes or until brown on top.

    Made these for lunch today and they were delicious. Served with salad. I used 150 gm cheddar & 50 gm parmesan and I added 1 teaspoon veggie stock. Thank you very much for the recipe which we'll definately make again.
