  • 250 g sweet potato, cut into 2-3cm
  • 125 g rolled oats
  • 150 g brown rice
  • 150 g Peanut Butter

      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place water into the TM bowl & sweet potato into the varoma tray. Steam for 20 mins/VAROMA/speed 1.
  2. Thoroughly dry the TM bowl.
  3. Place oats into the Closed lid & mill for 30 seconds/speed 9. Remove & set aside.
  4. Place rice in the Closed lid and mill for 2 minutes/speed 10.
  5. Add all remaining ingredients and mix for 20 seconds/ speed 5.
  6. Place on well floured silicone mat & roll out to 5mm thickness. Cut with a bone cookie cutter. Place on baking tray.
  7. Cook for 25 minutes at 160°C fan forced, then turn off the oven and allow them to dry out.
