- 1 scoops Chopped almonds, 1 cup
- 0.5 scoops quinoa, 1 cup
- 0.5 scoops Mixed seeds, 0.5 cups
- 1 scoops dried cherries, 1 cup
- 2 tablespoons Brown Rice Syrup
- 3/4 tsp fine salt
- 2 tablespoons water
- 0.5 scoops chia seeds, 0.5 cup

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Ground the almonds: 5s, sp 7.
Add the quinoa, mixed seeds and chia seeds and toast 15 minutes, varoma temp, sp "Gentle stir setting" .
Set aside - Add the rice syrup, salt and cherries and blend 4s, sp 7
Add the toasted seed and almond mix and stir 10s "Counter-clockwise operation" sp 6 - Scrape mixture onto square baking tray lined with grease-proof paper and mould into the dish and flatten out smoothly into all corners.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes
Pre-heat oven to 150°C
