- 100g fresh spinach leaves
- 30g extra virgin olive oil
- 220g lukewarm water
- 1 level teaspoons sugar raw2
- 2 level teaspoons dried yeast
- 400g Baker's Flour
- 1 level teaspoons salt
- 200g grated cheese
- 200g fresh spinach leaves

TM 5Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
Have a oiled bowl or thermo Matt
Turn over on to 160-180degrees
place spinach in tm5 bowl chop for 10 seconds speed 5 (chop longer if needed)
Add water yeast sugar and mix 20seconds speed 2
add bakers flour oil and salt put it in knead mode 2min then transfer dough into prepared bowl or Matt and cover for approx 1 hour
To make filling
roll out dough on your thermo Matt into a square
add cheese and and spinach and roll into a scroll then Evanly slice each portion should get 16 Evan slices add cheese ontop of each scroll if desired
place into the oven on 160 degrees for 20-25mins or until golden brown
