- 20 grams butter or oil

- 100 grams cream
- 200 grams cheese, Grated
- 100 grams Self Raising Flour

Recipe's preparation
If cheese needs to be grated put chunks into TM bowl and chop on speed 8 for 6 seconds. Set aside.
Put sping onions in TM bowl and chop of Speed 7 for 3 Seconds.
Scrape sides.
Add bacon / ham and chop on speed 4-5 for 5 seconds. Scrape sides.
Add butter or oil and saute on Varoma/3 minutes/Speed 1.
Add remaining ingredients and mix speed 4/15 seconds.
Pour or use small ladel to 3/4 fill silicone cupcake moulds (no need to pre-grease).
Place into Varoma base & tray.
Pour 500g of water into TM bowl (no need to clean).
Steam on Varoma temp/25 minutes/Speed 3.
Repeat until all cooked making sure there is 500g of water at the start of the 2nd batch.
