      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Muffins
    1. Preheat oven to 180C and grease your muffin tray well, I use a spray oil.

    2. Place cheese, parsley, celery, onion and green pepper into the TM bowl and chop for 5 seconds on speed 5.5.

    3. Add Tuna and egg and combine for 3 seconds on speed 4.

    4. Spoon mixture into muffin tray and bake for 25-30 minutes or until puffed, set and lightly browned around the edges.

    Yum Yum Yum! I will make these again. I used a large tin of tuna and added lemon zest and some lemon juice. This will become a regular in our house. Cooking 7
