Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipe's preparation

Place sugar and vanilla sugar into mixing bowl 20 sec/sp10 and set aside.
Add almonds into mixing bowl 5 sec/sp7.
Place flour, 70 gr of the reserved sugar, butter into mixing bowl 40sec/sp5 and use the spatula gently to help form the dough.
Remove the dough,wrap it in glad wrap and put it in the fridge for 2 hrs.
Preheat your oven to 180c and get a baking tray with backing paper ready.
Take walnut sized pieces from the dough and form small rolls first and shape them into crescents.
Place them onto your baking tray and bake for 15-20 min.
Then roll the almond crescents in the remaining sugar while still warm and let them cool completely on a wire rack.

Tip
- Making your own vanilla sugar is easy:
- Just mix 200 gr sugar and 1 Vanilla bean in a jar and leave it for 3 days.
- Then place Vanilla bean and sugar into mixing bowl 15 sec/sp10 ,put it back in the jar and store it.
