- 125 grams plain flour
- 100 grams castor sugar
- 125 grams Quick Oats
- 125 grams desicated coconut
- 50 grams golden syrup
- 1 tablespoon Bi Carb Soda
- 1 tablespoon Boiling water
- 125 grams Butter

Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
Pre heat fan forced oven to 180
Line 2 baking trays with baking paper
Add to mixing bowl butter and syrup and melt 30 seconds / 70 Degrees / Speed 2
Add sugar and bicarb soda and mix 20 seconds speed 4
Scrape sides of mixing bowl and losen up anything on the bottom of the mixing bowl
Add plain flour, oats, desicated coconut and mix 20 seconds / Speed 2
Scrape down sides of mixing bowl and loosen up anything on the bottom
Sprinkle over boiling water and mix 10 seconds / Speed 3
Roll into balls and flatten slightly with a fork
Bake for 15 - 20 mins or until golden brown
