If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Preheat over to 180 degrees.
Place butter and golden syrup into bowl and melt for 3 minutes / 70C / speed 1.
Mix baking soda and boiling water together in a cup and then add to butter/golden syrup and mix for 5 seconds / speed 1.
Add all remaining ingredients to TM.
Mix on "Counter-clockwise operation" for 20 seconds / speed 2. Scrape down sides of the bowl and repeat.
Spoon on mixture into prepared baking tray in whatever sizes you like.
Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden/desired crunch is achieved.
