Apple and custard Impossible Pie

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

Recipe's preparation

    How to:
  1. Preheat the oven to 180/160 fan.
    Grease a 24cm deep pie dish.

    1. Melt butter 4mins/60secs/sp2, or until melted.

    2. Add the remaining ingredients except for the apples and extra sugar. 15secs/sp4

    3. Spread the drained apples into the base of the pan. Sprinkle lightly with the extra sugar.

    4. Carefully pour over the custard mix and bake for around 1 hour until the middle has a slight wobble.

    5. Cool in pan. And serve with a dollop of cream or icecream.
