I do not know why people post recipes and do not check the comments people have made. Its been  a year since  Emma Barnatt, etc have asked for the quantity for the filling. What is it?

    Hi Jan,

This recipe we enjoyed warm with ice cream as it was baked, which was delicious,  then refrigerated it overnight and took it to friends  to enjoy with coffee,  which I think was even better. A great recipe hot or cold.
