Arriscar Cafe Caramel Cheesecake
- 100 g Butter, Cubed
- 2 Packets of Oreo biscuits
- 500 grams cream cheese, Cubed
- 600 g thickened cream
- 200 gram Caramello chocolate, Broken into pieces
- 1 level tbsp gelatine, Dissolved in boiling water
- 1 package Caramello koalas, For topping
- 1 level tbsp icing sugar

Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation
- 1- place. Butter in bowl and heat for 2:30, 60°c, speed 2.5
2- add oreos and mix 10 seconds, speed 7. Press into prelined spring form tin.
3- WITHOUT washing the bowl, add the cream cheese and mix 10 seconds speed 4
4- add thickened cream and mix 20-30 seconds speed 4. During that time, slowly pour the gelatine mixture through the hole in the lid.
5- add your icing sugar and caramello pieces. Mix on speed 5 until all mixed through and broken down (about 20-30 seconds)
6- pour into tin on top of base.
7- top with the koalas and refrigerate for minimum 8 hours (preferably overnight).
