Banana Bread (adapted from Curtis Ston'es recipe)

Ingredients

Banana Bread

  • 230 grams caster sugar
  • 1/2 cup --- coconut oil, Melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 90 grams Plain Greek Yoghurt
  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 220 grams plain flour
  • 1 teaspoon Bi-carb soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • pinch salt

Recipe's preparation

    Banana Bread
  1. Preheat oven to 180C (160C fan-forced). Grease and line base of a regular 21cm x11cm loaf pan. Mix eggs and sugar together speed 6/10 minutes. Add oil through lid speed 2/ 3 seconds  Add vanilla and yoghurt and then the bananas. Mix briefly speed 4. Add flour, bicarb soda, cinnamon and salt together. Mix until all ingredients have come together. Pour mixture into pan and bake for 1 hour, or until a skewer comes out clean when tested. Cool in pan for 10 minutes then turn out onto a rack to cool.

    Unfortunately drafts cannot be deleted, what we recommend is that you recycle your drafts when you are creating your new recipe.
