Banana coconut and nutella bread
- 160 g plain flour
- 150 g Self Raising Flour
- 2 level teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 level teaspoons bicarbonate of soda
- 145 g brown sugar
- 2 Over ripe bananas mashed
- 165ml cans coconut milk
- 115 g golden syrup
- 60 gram peanut oil
- 2 eggs

Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipe's preparation
- Weigh flours, cinnamon, sugar and soda into bowl. Mix for 10 seconds, speed 5.
- Add all other ingredients except for nutella. 30 seconds at Speed 5.
- Add to a loaf pan double lined with baking paper.
- Swirl some nutella through the top.
- Bake at 180C for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
- Stand in pan for 10 minutes before turning out.

Tip
Swap peanut oil for olive oil and nutella for chock chips for a school safe nut free loaf.
